ปัญหาในการออกแบบ IPTables ในระบบ VPN

สวัสดีครับ  รบกวนช่วยแนะนำ ออกแบบ IPTables ให้หน่อยครับ
 
คือ ผมเป็นสาขาใหญ่ ซึ่งจะทำให้เครื่องภายในองค์กร เล่น net โดยผ่าน Proxy ออกไปได้และตัว Proxy นี้
 
ผมจะทำเป็น Firewall ในตัว ซึ่งผมมีสาขาย่อย และต้องให้ผ่านเข้ามาใช้บริการ Terminal และ Voip โดยเข้ามาในระบบ VPN 
 
ตอนนี้ผมทดลอง โดยใช้ IPTables หลากหลายคำสั่งแล้ว ping จากสาขาเข้ามาไม่เจอใครเลยในโซน Server
